Re: Resin 4.0.2 Support

Not yet - although I just deployed a different project using 4.0.2, so
I'm familiar with the issues.  The only problem will be that 4.0.2
doesn't call @PostConstruct, but this has been fixed for 4.0.3
already.

Mostly I just haven't had time to do the work, and probably won't soon
(just launched Mobcast, http://www.facebook.com/mobcast).  Jon or
Scott, do you want to take a stab at it?  Shouldn't be more
complicated than updating the annotations to the final release form.
