subetha 1.0.2 released

hi all,

I've released subetha 1.0.2 which fixes a number of critical problems  
in the 1.0.1 release and has a few other minor changes in it as well.

If you have already downloaded the ready-to-run release of 1.0.1, all  
you need to download is the replacement subetha.ear file.

1.0.2

* Workaround problem with building ear on JDK6 and deploying on JDK5.
* Updated Velocity from 1.4 to 1.5.
* Added integration documentation for Sendmail and Qmail.
* Include PlumberBean in order to allow mail-service.xml overrides  
for unit testing.
* Reverted URL redirection changes for proxied subetha installations.
